CAPACITY BUILDING FOR REGIONAL BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE

Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region X Regional Executive Director Henry A. Adornado (right) shares that the role of Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), Technical Working Group and BAC Secretariat members is important in ensuring that the procurement/bidding process of the Office will be implemented effectively and efficiently during the Capacity Building for Regional BAC on December 9, 2022 in Cugman, Cagayan de Oro City. He added that the activity will also capacitate the RBAC in ensuring correct and timely conduct of bidding process.
