After a grueling ten-day learning and for passing the requirements of the course, 23 learners successfully graduated from the Environment and Natural Resources (ENR) Academy Basic Course, Batch R10-210-Ingenious on August 15, 2022 at the DENR 10 Covered Court in Puntod, Cagayan de Oro City.

DENR 10 Regional Executive Director Henry A. Adornado exhorted all employees to take the opportunity to attend the Environment and Natural Resources (ENR) Academy Basic Course and Frontline Course being spearheaded by the Management Services. He said being in the ENR Academy will enable the employee to learn more about the mandate, policies, environmental laws implemented by the DENR.

Assistant Regional Director (ARD) for Management Services Ma. Theresa J. Allen announced that there are now nine batches with a total of 253 graduates of the Environment and Natural Resources Academy (ENRA) Basic Course and 10 batches with a total of 277 graduates of the ENRA Frontline Course.

ARD Allen challenged the graduates of the ENRA Basic Course batch R10-210-Ingenious to be an example of ingenuity in the workplace. She further said that “we hope to see some ripple effect to your officemates and supervisors for a better public service.”

For his part, Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services Felix S. Mirasol, Jr. called on the graduates to share their knowledge to their peers and to improve delivery of public service. He said the management is preparing the graduates to assume greater and higher responsibilities.

The Class Valedictorian of Batch R10-210-Ingenious is Shaira G. Sulog of the Conservation and Development Division while the Class Salutatorian is Ma. Carleen B. Palle of the Finance Division.
