Cagayan de Oro City. In keeping with the directives of Environment and Natural Resources Secretary Roy A. Cimatu to better improve delivery of public service, Regional Executive Director Arleigh J. Adorable administered the turn-over of responsibilities for Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services during a turn-over ceremony on July 2, 2019.

It can be recalled that Secretary Cimatu designated Director III Paquito D. Melicor, Jr. as OIC, Regional Executive Director of Region VII per Special Order No. 2019 – 431 dated June 27, 2019 and OIC, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Officer (PENRO) Aldrich S. Resma as OIC, Assistant Regional Director (ARD) for Technical Services per Special Order No. 2019 – 432 dated June 27, 2019.

To ensure continuity in the implementation of programs and projects in PENRO Misamis Oriental, RED Adorable designated Community Environment and Natural Resources Officer (CENRO) of Valencia City Ferdinand E. Dagulo as OIC, PENRO of Misamis Oriental per Regional Special Order (RSO) No. 2019 06 – 338 dated July 2, 2019. Also, he designated Supervising Ecosystems Management Specialist Ferddie V. Sususco as OIC, CENR Officer of CENRO Valencia City vice CENRO Dagulo per RSO No. 2019 06 – 339 dated July 2, 2019.

He also designated Development Management Officer V Guilry D. Cabatuan as OIC, CENR Officer of Ozamis City per RSO No. 2019 06-337.

Meanwhile, the DENR, Region 10 is set to hold the 3rd Regional Management Conference on July 9 to 10 in Misamis Occidental.

Aside from the instructions of RED Adorable, the Performance Evaluation Result (PER) will be discussed by OIC, Regional Director Reynaldo S. Digamo of the Environmental Management Bureau, officer-in-charge of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau, DENR Management Services ARD Felix S. Mirasol, Jr., OIC, ARD for Technical Services Aldrich Resma and the five PENROs.

Other topics include financial performance by Chief, Finance Division Pura T. Pallares and National Greening Program (NGP) concerns by Lida S. Bagonoc, NGP Focal Person. Presentation of agreements/instructions will be handled by the Chief of the Planning and Management Division, Forester Mabel Gemma A.
