Environment Secretary Roy A. Cimatu (left) calls on both Filipinos and foreigners alike to their share in the rehabilitation of Manila Bay, saying the bay’s upkeep is “everyone’s responsibility”. Cimatu made the call on Sunday (Jan. 27, 2019) during the launching of the Manila Bay Rehabilitation in Manila.
